Meet the Owner
Celebrations Distinctive Catering, Inc.'s chef and owner, Fred Manheck, brings a unique gourmet perspective to this fifteen-year-old business. Beginning with a two-year apprenticeship under a Suisse chef, he now has over 25 years of experience in the food service industry. His belief in the philosophy that "combining the best quality ingredients with creative preparation provides the client with the finest cuisine," is the catalyst that drives this award winning Nashua, New Hampshire based company.
Another of Fred's philosophies is that good food is an art. To express this, Fred has created many of his own recipes for delicate sauces and robust salad dressings - a fresh choice from the commercial bottled varieties. The wide variety of delectable menu selections offers the client some of his personal creations as well as traditional fare. Fred loves working with people. He is skilled in understanding the specific needs of each individualized event and takes great pride in a record of superb customer satisfaction. This customer satisfaction record is due in part to Fred's ability to attract enthusiastic and quality employees to the Celebrations Distinctive Catering team. The versatility and service of Fred's select team has kept his customer base growing with many new as well as repeat clients.
Fred is also a local philanthropist. He and the team at Celebrations Distinctive Catering have donated countless hours and services within the city of Nashua and the surrounding community. Fred provides the volunteer cooking services at the Church of the Good Shepherd.
Celebrations Distinctive Catering, Inc. have most recently been voted the #1 Caterer in Greater Nashua for over five years by the Consumer's Choice Competition. Celebrations has also received numerous Outstanding Food Preparation awards at the annual NPCC Gourmet Festivals.
