For those of you that have been following along, you will notice that there are a lot of amazing weddings going on lately at Curtis Farm. More amazing than the place, is the food and the company that provides it. Being a chef for as long as I have been, it’s a rare treat to be surrounded by fellow culinarians that share my passion and true love for food and its creation. When working for Celebrations Catering, this happens to me all the time. The entire event, from the first phone call to cleaning up and going home, Celebrations Catering knocks it out of the park every time.
This last event I was so fortunate to be a part of was no exception. Not only were the event coordinators professional, but the staff, owners and operators were a cut above the rest.
This entire property is surrounded by beautiful foliage and amazing scenery.
From cheese displays to pasta stations, we can pull it off no matter where we go.
Anyone that cooks for a living will tell you that they don’t get to cook with views like this very often!
This wedding had a unique twist; family-style food where the guests took what they wanted and passed it to their neighbor. Pictured here; beef and vegetable kabobs, grilled mango chicken and herb roasted red potatoes.
